Kitchen cabinets to the US, duty-paid to your door.

Import kitchen cabinets from our Foshan factory on a written schedule: 10-14 days in production after the drawings freeze, then 18-22 days DDP to a West Coast door and 32-40 to the East. Quoted per linear foot, with the 2026 duty stack already in the number.

The delivery, measured

Four numbers on every US order.

NumberWhat it covers
10-14 daysFactory production from confirmed drawings, across ten stages with trial assembly at the 72-hour gate
18-22 daysDDP transit to a US West Coast door - ocean, insurance, clearance, duty and the delivery leg inside
32-40 daysDDP transit to a US East Coast door, same coverage
Per linear footQuoted duty-paid on your drawing: standard matte finish, base + wall run. Talls, islands and special work itemise on the production list

The production slot is confirmed in writing before the 40% deposit - that line is in the contract, not the chat log.

2026, dated

Import kitchen cabinets to the US: the duty stack in one table.

Every layer is calculated on the same entered value, not on top of each other - and every rate carries the date it was checked, because duty rates are dated facts, not constants.

LayerWhat it isLevel, as checkedChecked

Section 232Wood products: finished wooden kitchen cabinets, vanities and their parts25%; the scheduled step to 50% was deferred for a yearOct 2026

The worked version - one 40HQ, two exporters, the same box, ≈400 linear feet - is in the landed-cost guide. The full compliance walk is on the importing series.

Before the first container

Five documents, then the deposit.

  1. Formaldehyde report number and expiry. Ours is 18mm E0 plywood at or under 0.05 mg/m³ (GB/T 39600, report SQ2405393); the letter system is explained in the formaldehyde guide.
  2. HS classification, confirmed in writing by your broker - on the cabinet and on any parts shipped separately. Classification decides everything above it.
  3. Country-of-origin declaration for the goods as shipped, matching the invoice and the packing list.
  4. The packing list - crate by crate, for the broker and for your own cube arithmetic. A container that arrives 8% short of a full load has still been paid for in full.
  5. Your exporter's AD/CVD cash-deposit rates in writing, before the purchase order.

Residential · Orlando, US

The whole home in one container

Open-plan kitchen, fluted great-room wall, three bedrooms, three baths - one container, one delivery.

Plus the 32-foot island whole house in Houston (2025), the Beverly and Modern Villa programs the Sarasota one-stop residence and a deep-green kitchen delivered to Guam - the full record is on the projects page.

The box, the edge, the hardware

The spec that clears US review.

Every US order leaves on the same board line: 18mm E0-grade plywood at or under 0.05 mg/m³ (GB/T 39600, test report no. SQ2405393), CARB Phase 2 on the board line (TÜV Rheinland, cert on request), ENF on request, with 2mm PVB hot-melt edge banding on every cut edge and Blum soft-close hardware rated to 50,000 cycles. The reading of those letters - and why a number in mg/m³ is not comparable to a number in ppm - is in the formaldehyde guide; the certificates and the warranty split are on the quality page.

The document that locks all of it - dimension grid, board grade and report number, finish matched to a physical sample, hardware model numbers, crate-per-bay packing - is the frozen spec. It is signed before the deposit, and every change after sign-off costs a new sample and a new version.

FAQ

Import kitchen cabinets to the US - asked before the first order.

What does duty-paid cover on a US delivery?
Production, crating, ocean freight, insurance, customs clearance, the duty and the delivery leg inside the US - it stops at the tailgate. Unloading, install labour and packing removal are yours. The four documents that travel with the container are the invoice, the crate-by-crate packing list, the bill of lading and the certificate of origin.
How fast is it, door to door, really?
10-14 days of factory production from the frozen drawings, then 18-22 days to a West Coast door and 32-40 to the East, duty-paid. The production slot is confirmed in writing before the deposit, and 98% of delivered programs land on their written schedule.
What is the 2026 duty stack on Chinese kitchen cabinets?
Four layers, each on the same entered value: the base MFN rate on your cabinet code, Section 232 at 25% while the scheduled step to 50% is deferred, Section 301 China list duty at 25% (List 3, unchanged since May 2019), and AD/CVD assessed by exporter - near 19.5% combined for a separate-rate exporter, 251.64% at the China-wide rate. The per-foot duty-paid quote carries the whole stack.
Can I order one kitchen instead of a full container?
Yes - minimums are per project, not per room, and a single kitchen ships the same way as a whole program. The freight per unit is higher below a full load, so the honest question is what ships together and what the freight costs per unit. Mixed orders from kitchens, vanities and closets count toward the same container.
What do you send me to start?
A floor plan - PDF, photo or a measured sketch - the room dimensions, and which collection you are leaning toward. It comes back as a 3D layout and a per-linear-foot number, usually within one business day.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged?
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the order number. Replacement parts ship by courier from US stock where available, or with the next container - the 48-hour window is written into the contract.
