Home / Collections / Flatstone

No hardware. No compromise.

Handleless fronts with push-open hinges and reveal lines you can rest a ruler on. For kitchens and wardrobes that want no visible hardware at all.

Frameless slab kitchen with stone counter and black glass divider

Collection 02

The reveal, held to ±0.5 mm.

Flatstone is the frameless slab: no visible hinges, no pulls, a 1.5 mm reveal line between every door. The doors open on push-open hardware, and the lines stay straight because every part is cut on the same CNC path.

Most of what ships is charcoal matte - the colour a slab reads best in - but the profile takes any finish on the site's list, and the same box carries a steel carcase option for runs that want zero board at all.

Hardware & fit-out

Hardware the slab hides.

A slab keeps its fittings out of sight, so the fittings are chosen to stay hidden: press-open damped in the hinge, runners rated to 45 kg per pair, nothing visible once the door closes.

FAQ

Flatstone, in plain answers.

How do handleless doors actually open?
On push-open hinges and drawer mechanisms from Blum - you press and the door eases out. The 1.5 mm reveal line doubles as a finger line on doors that don't take a push-open fit. If you want visible hardware, a brass pull is the one option we spec.
How straight is the reveal line?
Every part of a Flatstone run is cut on the same CNC path at ±0.5 mm, and the reveal is checked with a caliper before packing. The spec is a 1.5 mm reveal line across the whole run - that is the line you rest a ruler on.
Is the charcoal slab painted?
Yes - matte lacquer on the slab, any RAL from the card. Three colour coats and two clear coats, oven-cured at 60°C, and a painted sample ships with your first quote. The full schedule is on the lacquer page.
Can Flatstone mix with Oakline in one kitchen?
Yes - same box, same hardware, so slab fronts and shaker fronts can share a run without a visible break. The two-tone project in our case list is Oakline uppers over a charcoal island.
What is the lead time, and how does it ship?
10-14 days in the factory, then DDP 18-22 days to the US West or 15-20 to Sydney. It ships flat-pack and crated, duty-paid, with the hardware bagged to the layout drawing.
