Checked before it's packed. Guaranteed after it's installed.
The board grade, the inspection steps, the warranty split and the damage-claim process - written down, because a warranty you have to chase is not a warranty.
Certifications
The certificates behind the claims.

E0 / ENF board
Formaldehyde class of the plywood we cut - among the tightest limits available. Report no. SQ2405393, 18mm E0 embossed board.

CARB Phase 2
US air-quality regulation compliance for wood products shipped into North America. TÜV Rheinland, cert no. CR 50679804 0001 - renewal in progress, cert on request.

ISO 9001
Quality management system, audited. No. 02818Q11500R2S, valid to Nov 2027 - scope: wood processing and service.

ISO 14001
Environmental management system. SGS, ISO 14001:2015 - design and manufacture of furniture, wood and timber products.

EC / CE conformity
EC-Certification of Conformity issued by AGC (Assessors of Global Compliance) for CE-conformant product lines.
Third-party inspection
SGS / Intertek / BV factory-audit and pre-shipment inspection reports available on request. Third-party inspection is booked by you; the factory cooperates fully.
Reading the reports above from a distance - how to check a certificate number with the issuing body, what to ask for in a live video audit and the red flags that end a supplier conversation - is set out in the remote factory-verification guide.
FSC / PEFC chain-of-custody documentation is in final sign-off - the certificate page will be added here once issued.

Material standards
The material & finish standards.
What "stainless" or "lacquered" means when it leaves this factory - the values go on the spec sheet with the order, not in a brochure.
| Material | Standard | Where it's used |
|---|---|---|
| Stainless steel | 304 (430 on request) · 0.8-1.2 mm · hairline or bead-blasted · folded edge | Full kitchens, islands, hotel runs - the steel line |
| Lacquer | 3 colour + 2 clear coats · oven cure 60°C × 45 min · matte 5% - gloss 90% · any RAL | Feature walls, whole runs, vanities - the lacquer line |
| Natural veneer | 0.6 mm full cover · book-matched on request · matte clear over | Feature walls, oak and ash runs |
| Glass | Low-iron tempered · UV-filtered · 4-6 mm · backlit or back-painted | Wardrobes, jewelry walls, upper bays |
The carcase line behind the board spec - 18mm E0 plywood, 2mm PVB banding on every cut edge, and why the door can be MDF - is argued out material by material in the box material guide.
The certificate files behind the board and air-quality rows above: ask for the scan and it goes out the same day.
Quality control
Three photo checks. One trial assembly.
Every order - not a sampled one - gets assembled on the trial bench before packing. While your order is in production you receive photo reports at three checkpoints:
- 24 hoursCut parts + edge banding check
- 48 hoursFinishing + hardware fitting
- 72 hoursTrial assembly + packing review
If a checkpoint photo shows something you don't like, production pauses and we rework - before the crate is sealed, where rework costs a container, not an hour.
Hardware QC
Hardware, cycled before it ships.
The 48-hour checkpoint is where hardware fitting happens - and where a bad hinge shows up. Every door and drawer is cycled at the 72-hour trial assembly before the crate is sealed.

- HingesBlum soft-close, 50,000-cycle (DTC available)
- RunnersFull-extension, 35-45 kg per pair
- CycleEvery door and drawer, at trial assembly
- Door loadSingle door up to 28 kg

In transit, damaged
The damage-claim process, with deadlines.
Cabinets ship flat-pack for a reason - but containers happen. Here is exactly what to do, and exactly what we need from you.
Report within 48h of delivery
Email or WhatsApp your contact with the order number and a list of damaged items. The 48-hour window is in the contract.
Send photos + BOL note
Photos of each damaged box (label visible) and, if damage was visible at unloading, a note on the carrier's delivery receipt.
We assess within 2 business days
Our QC lead classifies each item: replace, rework, or carrier-claim (we file the carrier claim, you don't).
Replacement ships
Replacement parts or full runs ship on the next available booking, duty-paid, with the install manual.
