Built for the buildings, not just the houses.

Hotel programs, apartment builds, retail and offices - one spec sheet, one project manager, staged crating that follows the fit-out calendar.

Hotel program kitchen runs built to one spec sheet, staged delivery

Programs

Four building types, one factory standard.

Commercial work runs on the same box, hardware and QC as a residential kitchen - E0 plywood at ≤0.05 mg/m³, Blum hardware rated to 50,000 cycles, reveals checked to ±0.5 mm. What changes is the wrapper: a project manager, a spec sheet your GC can stamp, and delivery staged to the calendar instead of one crate at the door.

It's how the new-classical hotel program in Uganda and the US apartment build ran - repeated layouts, identical specs, phased crating.

Retail and food service run on the same discipline: a supermarket and restaurant fit-out - two stores, two countries, one spec sheet and one crating schedule - and a restaurant bar in Kenya, where the fluted front was bent to the room radius and the stone templated to the finished carcass.

Retail display is the other half of the same discipline: a fashion store in Kenya was drawn as one fit-out - display runs to 3,200mm, counters at 900mm, plus the wall panels, flooring and lighting on one order - so the shop closed once instead of three times.

For fit-out work that needs fronts without carcasses, the door-only wholesale program carries the same finishes at a lower entry volume.

Building types

What the programs cover.

Hotel guest room cabinetry in a repeated layout

Hotels

Guest rooms, bars and corridors - repeated layouts on one spec sheet. The new-classical hotel in Uganda is the pattern.

Apartment program, repeated units, US

Apartments

Multi-unit builds with identical kitchens, phased to the fit-out calendar.

Retail and HQ back-of-house cabinetry in steel and lacquer

Retail & HQ

Bars, back-of-house and reception runs - steel and lacquer do most of the work.

Office pantry and meeting room cabinetry

Offices

Pantry and meeting runs in the same lines as the residential site.

Hotel guest room and lounge cabinetry, new-classical property fit-out, Uganda

Hotels

New-classical hotel, one spec sheet.

Fully custom furnishings, stone, custom lighting and smart bathrooms staged to the opening calendar - one spec sheet, and a finish code on every panel so replacements match the document, not a sample.

Apartment program, repeated units, US

Apartments

Two unit types, identical specs.

The same kitchen, bedroom, bath and living spec across unit types in a US build - phased floor by floor so the crating landed with the trades, not ahead of them.

Numbered chalet and bungalow interiors at a Nigerian resort

Resort & residential mix

Numbered units, one joinery standard.

Chalets and bungalows numbered from 201 to 551 in one program: the same box, hardware and finish codes across the residential and resort units, crated by unit number so the site worked tower by tower instead of waiting for a whole building.

Retail fit-out cabinetry and service counters

Retail

Retail back-of-house, on the residential line.

Service counters, staff areas and storage built on the same lines as a residential kitchen - steel and lacquer where the wear is, laminated board where it is not, and one spec sheet for the fit-out contractor.

FAQ

Programs, in plain answers.

Do you take small commercial jobs?
Repeated runs are where program setup pays for itself - a handful of identical rooms or units is the usual starting point for a spec sheet and staged crating. One-off commercial spaces get quoted like a premium residential run, on the same factory standard.
Who manages a program?
One project manager, from your drawings to the last crate on site. The spec sheet is the working document: finish codes on every panel, hardware listed by position, and the delivery schedule inside it. That is the sheet your GC can stamp.
What does delivery look like on a building?
Staged crating that follows the fit-out calendar instead of one drop at the door. Each stage leaves the factory after the full 10-stage production pass, DDP duty-paid to site - 10-14 days per stage, plus 18-22 days to the US West or 15-20 to Sydney.
What survives high-wear rooms?
The hardware is Blum across the program, rated to 50,000 open-close cycles, and in the hardest rooms the faces are steel or lacquer - the two material pages are the spec for what takes abuse. The box underneath is E0 plywood at ≤0.05 mg/m³ in every case.
Can a program share specs with our residential line?
Yes - same box, same hardware, same QC, so a dealer's residential kitchens and a hotel program can run on one spec family. That is also how the dealer program is set up: one factory standard, your mix of end users.

The multi-unit method end to end - one frozen spec per unit type, staged crating to the fit-out calendar, per-unit numbering and the 48-hour damage window, worked through three published programs: standardising cabinet specs across 40+ units.

For multi-site rollouts the volume usually moves to a container-level programme. What changes at container level covers the profile, packaging and scheduling differences.
