Home / Factory

The factory your cabinets come from.

CNC lines, finishing room, trial-assembly benches and an export logistics desk - all under one roof in Foshan. This is what your order walks through, in order.

Production

Ten stages, in this order.

Your boards enter at stage 1 and leave stage 10 as a numbered, pre-drilled, flat-packed kit. Here is the full walk.

Board racks in the raw-materials warehouse, graded panels waiting for the line

1 · Raw materials

E0-grade plywood board, graded and acclimatized before it touches a machine.

Robotic loading arms moving panels onto the CNC line

2 · Cutting

CNC panel saw + router, tolerance ±0.5mm.

45-degree mitre joint on a cabinet carcase corner, cut and edge-banded in-house.

3 · Edge banding

Hot-melt PVB edge on every cut edge - the part buyers feel and the part that leaks formaldehyde if it's cheap.

Drilling spindle assembly inside the machining center

4 · Drilling & machining

Five-axis drilling for all hardware; every hole position is programmed from your approved drawing.

Wood and lacquer finish samples checked against the approved spec.

5 · Finishing & drying

Matte or satin coats, dried in controlled temperature and hand-checked under raking light - every finish we ship is one of the 49 boards on the wall.

Soft-close hinges fitted on a walnut cabinet door

6 · Hardware fitting

Blum hinges, runners and push-open catches fitted and cycled before the box is closed (DTC on request).

Full run of oak cabinet bases trial-assembled on the factory floor

7 · Trial assembly

Every run - not a sample of it - is assembled once on the bench. Joints, reveals and hardware checked as a system.

Flat-packed panel bundles strapped in a wooden crate frame, ready for the container

8 · Packing

Flat-pack in numbered boxes, corner-protected, palletized and strapped for container loading.

Stages 9-10 (loading & export documentation) are covered on the quality & warranty page under the shipping SOP.

Hardware

Fittings, cycled on the line.

Hardware is fitted at the 48-hour checkpoint and cycled at the 72-hour trial assembly: every door opened and closed before it is marked for packing. That is where a bad hinge shows up - on our bench, not on your site.

FAQ

Capacity, lead times and the line, in plain answers.

Where is the factory and how big is it?
Foshan, China: 120,000 m2 of production floor with its own CNC lines, finishing room and export logistics desk, plus a 30,000 m2 whole-house showroom. You can walk it in person by appointment, or take a 30-minute video tour within the same week.
What is the standard factory lead time?
10-14 days for kitchen and vanity runs, 12-16 days for closet and wardrobe systems, counted from confirmed drawings. Commercial and hotel programs are quoted per project with staged delivery available. The production slot is confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken.
How many stages does an order pass through?
Ten: raw-material grading and acclimatization, CNC cutting to plus-or-minus 0.5mm, edge banding, five-axis drilling, finishing and drying, hardware fitting, trial assembly of the full run, packing, loading and export documentation. Your order is assembled on the bench once - the whole run, not a sample - before it is crated.
What is the real monthly capacity?
150,000+ sets per month in total: roughly 60,000 linear feet of kitchen runs, 12,000 vanities and 4,000 closet systems, plus commercial programs by project. These are the figures the factory commits to in writing, not marketing numbers.
What happens when peak season books out?
Peak season runs August to October, ahead of the US spring build, and it books first. Dealer programs hold reserved capacity, and individual orders get a written production-slot confirmation before deposit. If a date cannot be met, you hear it before money moves, not after.

Buying from a distance - the nine checks that hold up from a desk (line ownership, capacity, board reports, banding, hardware traceability, trial assembly, photo gates) are set out in the remote factory-verification guide.

At program scale - repeated units, per-unit crating, staged delivery to the fit-out calendar and the 48-hour damage window in the contract, worked through three published programs: standardising cabinet specs across 40+ units.
