Send the plan. Get the number.

Floor plan, sketch, room list or just a description - all of it works. We reply within one business day with questions or a 3D layout and quotation.

The more detail, the faster the quote - room list, approximate sizes, door style, target delivery month.

PDF, DXF, DWG or image, up to 5 MB. Larger files: email them to adamed01580@gmail.com with your name.

What happens after you send it

  • Within 24hQuestions or your 3D layout
  • Within 3 daysFull per-linear-foot quotation
  • AnytimeVideo factory tour, no deposit needed

What speeds up the quote

  • KitchenAppliance make + model, counter material
  • LaundryMachine dimensions or model numbers
  • DeliveryPort or metro, target month
  • DrawingsPDF, DXF or DWG - rough is fine

Before you send

What to send, and how much is enough.

A quote is only as good as the dimensions behind it, and most delays are not factory delays - they are a plumbing position nobody measured. You do not need a finished drawing set. You need the five things below, and any format that carries them.

If you have drawings

  • Wall to wallEach run measured wall to wall, not cabinet to cabinet
  • Ceiling heightFinished floor to ceiling, plus any bulkhead or soffit
  • OpeningsWindows, doors and their swing, measured from a corner
  • ServicesPlumbing and electrical positions, rough-in or finished
  • AppliancesMake and model for anything built in - or the cut-out sheet

If you have only a tape measure

  • A room listKitchen, laundry, closets - with approximate sizes, typed is fine
  • PhotosOne wide shot per wall, plus anything odd - a column, a meter box
  • DeliveryNearest port or metro, and the month you need it on site
  • Door styleIf you know it. If not, say what you like and we send options
  • TimelineTarget install month - it decides the production slot we book

Drawings can be a PDF, a DXF, a DWG or a photograph of a sketch on paper - the measuring guide walks the five dimensions that cause most rework, and the cost calculator will give you a working number from wall lengths before you send anything at all.

Production is counted from approved drawings, not from the deposit - which is why the drawing round is the one worth doing properly. A custom door profile adds a dated step before production begins. The full reasoning behind each window, including what moves them, is in how long custom cabinets take, and the ten production stages with their photo checkpoints are on the how we work page.

FAQ

The questions we get on the first message.

How fast do you reply, and what comes back?
Within one business day. The first reply is either the two or three questions we need to close - usually an appliance model or a ceiling height - or a 3D layout of the room. The full per-linear-foot quotation follows within three days, itemised so you can see what the freight, duty and clearance legs contribute.
Do I need finished drawings before I ask for a quote?
No. Rough is fine. A sketch with wall-to-wall dimensions, a builder's plan, a phone photo of the room, or a typed room list all work - we redraw from whatever you have. Nothing is priced off your drawing: the 2D shop drawings per bay and the 3D room views we send back are the ones you approve, and those become the production list.
What exactly is inside the per-linear-foot price?
The cabinets, the export packing and container loading, ocean freight, the import duty lines, customs clearance and drayage to the dock - one number, quoted duty-paid. On a DDP price the duty risk sits with us, so the figure you approve does not move at the port. The comparison between the two sets of terms is set out on the DDP vs FOB page, and the unit itself is broken down in the per-linear-foot guide.
How long does an order actually take?
Production runs 10-14 days for kitchens and vanities and 12-16 days for closets and wardrobes, counted from confirmed drawings rather than from the deposit. Duty-paid ocean transit is 18-22 days to the US West Coast and Vancouver, 32-40 days to the US East Coast and 15-20 days to Sydney. A custom door profile adds a step before production starts, and that step is dated in the slot letter.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum at the sample stage - a painted sample door ships with your first quote. On production orders the only minimum that is really about you rather than the freight is the one on custom colours, where the paint batch is the constraint. We tell you the exact number that applies to your first order in writing, so the second one is not a surprise.
Can I see the factory before I commit?
Yes, and no deposit is needed for it. We run video factory tours on WhatsApp during working hours, and the production run itself comes with photo checkpoints at three stages, so a program that is not on site can still be followed. If you are in Guangdong, the Foshan factory and showroom are open by appointment.

Two pages do the rest of the explaining: DDP vs FOB on which terms put the duty risk on which side, and the per-linear-foot guide on what the unit actually contains. If you are comparing us against another quote, how to read a cabinet quotation and the quotation comparison work on the same principle: put every line on one sheet before you decide.
