Home / Terms of Use

Terms of use.

The fine print, written to be readable. Quotations are offers to negotiate - not binding orders.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. The website

This site presents our products, capabilities and process for reference. Specifications, finishes and lead times shown are typical values; the production drawing you approve is the exact basis of any order.

2. Quotations are not binding offers

A quotation from us is an invitation to negotiate. Prices, freight and duty line items are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing. An order exists only when both parties have signed a proforma invoice and the agreed deposit has been paid.

3. Orders & payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing: a 50% deposit starts production, and the remaining 50% is due before shipment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule an order when capacity, material availability or export regulations require it.

4. Intellectual property

Photographs, drawings, text and the Adam Cabinet name on this site are ours or used with permission; do not republish them without asking. Your floor plans and specifications remain yours - we use them only to execute your project.

5. Warranty

Warranty terms are set out on the Quality & Warranty page and in your proforma invoice. They form the complete warranty; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

Orders are governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) where applicable. Disputes are referred to arbitration in Guangzhou under the CIETAC rules unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
