Program · Trade accounts
A cabinet supplier for contractors and builders.
A cabinet supplier for contractors has to behave like a subcontractor, not a showroom: a slot on the production calendar before the deposit, a QC pass that happens whether or not anyone is watching, and paperwork your own client can read. That is what the trade line is built around.
Four commitments, in writing
What a trade account is actually promised.
| Commitment | What it means on site |
|---|---|
| Production slot | Confirmed in writing before the 40% deposit, with a start date - not a queue position |
| Factory time | 10-14 days across ten stages, trial assembly at the 72-hour gate |
| Photo gates | Evidence at 24, 48 and 72 hours, tied to the payment milestones so progress is visible without a site visit |
| On-time record | 98% of delivered programs landed on their written schedule |
The QC gates and what lands in each photo set are described in the nine verification checks.
The file that survives handover
Five documents that decide a repeat order.
None of these are contracts in the legal sense. All of them are what you reach for when container four looks different.
| Document | What it closes |
|---|---|
| The frozen spec | Board, colour, banding and hardware locked to a version - changes cost a new version, not a quiet edit |
| The approved sample record | What "matches" means, photographed with an ID before production |
| The photo gates | Evidence at 24, 48 and 72 hours, attached to the payment milestones |
| The packing list | Crate by crate and box by box, for your site and your broker |
| The written slot | The delivery date your programme was built on |
The full write-up, including how a supply line opens and holds: sourcing & QC.
By project type
What contractors run through the factory.

Apartments & multi-family
One spec per unit type, per-unit crating, staged to the fit-out calendar.

Villas & whole homes
Every room on one frozen spec and one delivery date.

Commercial fit-outs
Retail, hospitality and back-of-house runs on the same QC gates.
The most recent builder order ran exactly this way: eleven rooms for a Melbourne builder on one E0 carcass with sintered stone, packed as a single 40HQ and shipped duty-paid to Sunbury VIC.
Trial assembly, every order
Every order is assembled once, before it ships.
Trial assembly is not a first-order privilege: every order is built once on the floor, checked against the drawings, photographed and then packed. It is the difference between a defect found at the factory gate and a defect found by your fitter - the thing a cabinet supplier for contractors is actually being asked to guarantee.
