Before the container
See the door before you commit the container.
A door sample runs ahead of the deposit: a painted panel on your finish code, cut off the same CNC path your order will run, photographed with an ID and frozen into the spec sheet. Start with the door, not the container.
The sequence
What ships, and what happens next.
The panel
Painted on the line
A painted sample ships with your first quote - any RAL, matte to satin, three colour coats and two clear coats, oven-cured at 60 degrees.
The lacquer schedule →The path
Cut, not fitted
The panel cuts off the same CNC path as the order, at ±0.5 mm, with the reveal checked by caliper before anything ships.
The ±0.5 mm line →The record
Photographed, then frozen
The approved sample is photographed with an ID and frozen into the spec sheet; production is measured against that document, not against memory.
The frozen spec →From the door catalogue
The door lines, before they are doors.

Aluminium-frame lines
Catalogue renders; the sample ships as a physical panel on your finish code.

Leather-look and grain lines
Every line in the catalogue can sample before you commit.
Catalogue pages shown as renders, labelled as such. The door sample you hold is the production panel, the same CNC path, the same paint line.
The sequence, written
Four steps, sample to container.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 · Choose the line | Pick from the six lines and name the finish - the collections page carries each line's board, edge and hardware spec |
| 2 · First quote | Floor plan in; 3D layout and the per-foot number out, usually within one business day - and the painted door sample ships with the quote |
| 3 · Freeze the spec | The sample is photographed with an ID and locked into the frozen spec; changes after sign-off cost a new sample and a new version |
| 4 · Production slot | The slot is confirmed in writing before the 40% deposit - the ten-stage sequence with trial assembly at the 72-hour gate |

Your first panel, one floor plan away.
Send the plan and the finish you are leaning toward. The quote and the painted sample leave together.
The full sequence from first sample to second container: opening a cabinet supply line. The document the sample freezes into: the frozen spec.
A sample door does not delay the run - it usually travels alongside it. Where the sample fits in the lead time explains the sequencing.
